| Our 2-year Management Development Programme will put you through your paces across three 8-month placements within our portfolio so you can get a real feel for the whole operation and how it works.

You can expect:
Rotations through Front Office, Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Meeting & Events and other managerial roles. Extensive personal and professional development is provided throughout the programme with regular training workshops, webinars and project work – all of which will develop the core management skills needed to be a success in the hospitality industry. Furthermore, working in our hotels gives Graduates the opportunity to demonstrate newly learned skills on a daily basis and to receive feedback from the management team and their appointed Mentor.

| You’ll need bags of energy and a real passion for hospitality to support your degree in Hotel & Leisure, Tourism, International Hospitality, Business Management or similar.
